Lee Banta is a partner at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. in P&A’s Houston office and is board certified in construction law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  His practice focuses on construction litigation concerning a variety of issues, including delay and lost productivity claims, lien and bond claim disputes, and construction defect litigation.  He has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen at all stages of the litigation process in arbitration, state, and federal court, securing favorable judgments for his clients.  Further, Lee has experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advising clients during ongoing construction projects when disputes arise, and assisting in project close-out negotiations to help his clients avoid litigation.  Lee is currently a board member of the Houston Bar Association Construction Law Section.  Lee is a graduate of Amherst College and the University of Houston Law Center.
