FSCATX Presents:

"Connecting With Your Crew”

How do leaders get stuff done? If you’re like most leaders, you’ll need to direct, persuade, motivate, give feedback and correct. These are communication skills, and if you’d like to get better, there is a key insight that will improve your communication and leadership skills. I’d like to help you discover that insight for yourself.  Effective communicators are better able to connect with those they work with. This means greater productivity, safety, and less frustration at work and in life.  One significant communication challenge we face today is a language barrier. Connecting with our teams is hard enough in English, is there a better way to tackle this challenge and effectively lead all our team members? I believe there is.

He designs leadership experiences and workshops, for skilled workers all the way to senior level executives, that have been called “world class.” His unique background combines theory and practical application. He is a published academic and lectures in a leadership course he created at Harvard, but would rather spend most of his time training front line construction employees.
